if you do a quick search youll find TONSSSS of threads on this, programmers are garbage, get a custom tune from a sponsor to the right, and never look back,

I have the Diablo sport with a custom tune. No difference than a tune from anyone else. It's all done with about the same software. The predator is good but being phased out by the intune which will have TCM tuning which the predator won't! If u get a trinity u can get TCM soon and have live logging plus change tire size, gear ratios, rpm limit, governor, etc anytime without scheduling A retune. People dog on me for using a handheld for my custom tune, but it's what I prefer. It's the performance that matters and I'll be willing to bet same truck as mine with a tuners tune would be no different.

I respectively disagree. A programming suite like hp or efi is going to offer much more tuning parameters to allow the user to get the most out of their ride. I have tuned over handhelds before, they are basic at best.
