Default PLX SM-AFR + DM5-AFR Installed

Got my new wideband installed today. Straightforward and fairly easily done. Got it into HPT and have started my tuning again.

Some notes on it.
1> First electronic anything I've ever bought that I had to connect and solder things up to get it hooked up. Had to assemble the power plug solder and the connector for the WB and NB outputs.
2> Went out for a couple hours logging and tuning. On a couple of occasions the gauge just locked up. Maintained the same reading for like 30-45 seconds. Need to look at my logs and see if it also did the same on the output to HPT.
3> While steady cruising it will blip to full rich or full lean range occasionally. Annoying.

Guess I'll go to their website and see if this kind of stuff is normal.

Picture 1 > All you get with the kit. No software. Unit will only do AFR of gasoline.
Picture 2 > The power plug soldered up. Also had to add two terminals to one connector for the wb and nb out.
Picture 3> When I removed my NB sensor I cut the pigtail off of it and then added longer leads for the PCM NB signal and ground. I feed it up into the truck cab and this is where the NB output of the PLX is connected to. I also brought up the ground from it but did not use it. I have a ground run into the cab connected right to the block this is what I used to ground the PLX unit and the reference ground for the MPVI plug.
Picture 4> My wire harness with OEM style cover connected. It runs up from the drivers side firewall and into the cab there.
Picture 5> A shot of the dash. You can barely see an orange spot in one hole. that is where I placed the PLX controller. Switched power and ground to the PLX. Gauge is plugged into the controller, serial data and power provide via the controller. Last connections are the outputs. 1 WB out goes to MPVI along with reference ground. The NB out connects to the green wire I brought up from under truck.
