So this likely has no impact on your issue and maybe It's just something I've never noticed before but I find it odd the indexing mark is not in relation to the counterweights on the cam gear. Or that there are "counterweights" on the cam gear, all the roller masters I've used and stock gears I've seen appear to be symmetrical

P0336 is the only code your getting besides the traction control disabled?

P0102 because of SD 3bar, but that's to be expected

The other 2 codes are TC related

Edit: sorry Dan, missed it at first. That gear is the 2x gear because I am using a gen4 cover and sensor on this build because gen4 blocks cant take gen3 sensors

also verified I flipped A and C and have 12v at the cam sensor on A and traced B and C back to the PCM

How do Gen3s calculate torque input?

Traction control is calculating torque as -280ft/lbs

Also the car is idling at 36 degrees advance according to the Tech2

Is the 3br MAP a gen3 sensor or a gen4 sensor with the bolt type hold down?

Its gen4 (ZR1) with appropriate data and wiring

reads 81kpa at KoEo. I think that might be a little low, but I haven't checked my city's kPa yet

81 kPa would be 6000 feet altitude according to this web page.

Is that sensor used regularly in gen3 vehicles?

During my TBSS intake swap research I found you couldn't use the TBSS Gen4 MAP sensor on a Gen3 vehicle even when using the correct gen4 to gen3 adapter harness without scaling the data in the tune. I'm guessing " appropriate data" means you have scaled the data in the tune. Those that tried the harness adapter alone without changing the tune had running issues and had to lose the adapter harness, then modify the original gen3 MAP sensor to fit the gen4 intake.
