Isnt the 4.8 pcm, different as far as fueling tables exc then the 6.0 pcm. If they are then wouldn't a cammed 6.0 run really bad, all I have on the 4.8 tune is the HYPERJUNK. I was wanting to know if I could use a returnless fuel system pcm on a truck with a return system. I know that a 6.0 pcm will not run that great on a cammed 6.0, but since the 6.0 pcm is for a (returnless fuel sys) will it really run bad I am keeping the return system on the truck.. thanks

John
Your sig says 6.0, I was assuming that you were swapping from one 6.0 to another. I personally would use your original PCM and have a 6.0 tune put in it. How long are you planning on driving it before you have it tuned?

Nope still have the 4.8 with the hyperjunk. Not too long hopefully, a month or so, or at least I get money to get a tune for it. I need to get it off the stand and am tired of looking at it, the tune aspect is really all that is holding me up at this point.. So I can get by if it will run with out a tune of verter..

Thanks John

Another factor to consider is that the 2005 ECU will have a graduated IFR table to account for the returnless fuel system. This should not cause any serious problems, but should be replaced with a constant table at the next tune.
