quick question to whoever is monitoring this... i have someone who will be giving me a outlaw intake... once they get their volant. should i wait to try and tune my ve until after i install that? or should i try to tune off the lftf's and it will be ok? or wait till i have the intake??

I cant beleve how quick you are just diving into this program. Crap, I'm still reading and playing with logging. Ahh, well get into it buddy and learn it real good, then you can explain it all to me in english.

you know bill... it scared the hell outta me at first, but then as i started making small (very small at first) adjustments... i started to notice a difference, and with all the guys on here guiding me, and helping me understand what i am seeing on the scans, you start to learn how each adjustment can make you have to change another... but all in all bill, just pretend like its a carbureted motor with a distributor.... a really complex carburetor/distributor


once you start adjusting bill you will notice it gets easier to start doing more and more, and the fear of tuning goes away..

that and spending hours every night playing with settings and reading eevrything you can find about ne setting helps

I would go ahead and tune it as it is. I doubt the intake will make a big difference and if you do need to make some adjustment when you get it put on it won't take as long.

thats kinda what i was thinking.... but it looks like the tuning by ltft is hard... have you done it??
