Default New torque converter

Do you have to retune for a new torque conveter? Or is it not necessary

Depends on how loose of a torque converter you go with. Mostly just adjusting shift points and desentizing the knock sensors

I was told to max out my misfire tables to get the converter to lock.

Due to less rotating mass, without tuning it will hunt for idle and the misfire tables will go nuts.

I'm having trouble with my TC lock up on my i6 converter and I don't really knwo what to change. It locks out as soon as i completely let off thr throttle... but not before that. Its really annoying.

Any suggestions to help a n00b figure this one out... I know this is a really mild converter, but I don't think much of anything was changed for lockout on the tune.
