Hey all,

I got my Nelson Tune installed today. I did have to do the security "Pass-Key" procedure, but it only took one cycle, not 3. It started on the 2nd attempt. It did kill though, so I restarted and after a choppy idle for less than a minute, she purred like a kitten. I do have an SES light so I am assuming I need a Crank Relearn, I have an appt for that on Tuesday.

As for my impression? Holy F'n ****!!! This a like a completely new truck. Simply Awesome!!!

Moddoo, do you do any custom tunes? I'm a MN guy looking to upgrade from my wait4me.

 

I'll let Tom answer for himself. But he has offered to help me with tuning. He has HP Tuners and I plan on getting it for myself someday and he has offered to help me with learning it. Super nice guy!!! Thanks Tom!
