Easy as can be, 10mm bolt (I think) holding it to the block right above the starter. Unclip connector, take off bolt, pull out, put in new sensor. Probably have to drop the starter to get to it though.

Still no updates, sorry guys, been busy, then got sick with a fever for about a week, then got busy again. Saturday morning i'm going to do some re-routing of my pcv system at the suggestion of 03sierraslt and also change out the crank sensor (if i can find one local).
