Is the CKP sensor supposed to have oil on it? Mine does for sure (on the inside where it goes into the block) not on the outside where the electrical plug is. I'm guessing it should see oil from the crankcase but i need to be sure?

Yea thats normal. Its right close to the crank reluctor wheel so as you can imagine theres a lot of oil splashing around in there.

Changed the crank position sensor (CKP) and it did not help.

I'm completely lost on this.
