Could my missfire code be a true miss fire? It happens around 5,500 RPM right before the truck shifts. there is no noticeable miss felt or anything else wrong.
I've do a little resaerch and have found that installing a smaller or lighter wieght torque converter mybe the cause of the missfire. I'm now wondering if it could be a true missfire and if there is something I can do with HPTuner to fix it.
The truck has TR6 plugs gaped at 35 thousands I believe.

Well I found out there are 45 different misfire PID listed in HPTuner. I loaded them all on the table display and went for a little cruz (to work). 100% throttle, 4300 RPM, misfires showed this;
Cylinder #1 0
Cylinder #2 0
Cylinder #3 4
Cylinder #4 8
Cylinder #5 46
Cylinder #6 8
Cylinder #7 0
Cylinder #8 0
Something is up with #5. Then I remembered that #5 was the hole I cracked a piston in, the new 6.0 is using the old 5.3's fuel injectors and rails, and also coil packs. I though I'd start with the ease stuff first, so I swapped plugs #5 to #1, didn’t help, had logged 22 misfires in one run at #5 while the rest averaged out at 2 misfires.
Now I have swapped coil packs to test the pack at #5.
Has anyone had any experience with a bad pack or a misfire at #5? I know that #5 and 7 are the leaner cylinders but #7 always shows less misfires than all other cylinders.
Any Ideas?

Well I swap coil pack and #5 is still misfireing so now I will try swaping fuel injectors. and if this do so some changes I don't know what to do next. I guess compression test.
