b3608 is the problem. THat should be 0 right?

Did you do a full write or just a calibration write when you uploaded that tune to your truck?

Good call charcold,

I checked my other tune and it is indeed 0.

But that's a bone stock GM tune and it has a 60 second PE delay

try setting b3608 and b3610 to 0

fuelsys or something will tell you if your commanding PE.

also, that doesn't explain the problems IMO because I checked my old tune and B3608-10 were already zero'd out.

Who knows....I'll try this out tomorrow and see what happens.
