I just read somewhere of a guy that runs speed density, but left his MAF in to read IAT's. It was pretty vague though. So to go SD, I need a 2 bar MAP, and the rest is just tuning? Correct?

Yep!
Or get MSD IAT sensor, or a stock one off a Fbody.
A gm 2bar map and start tuning.
Its pretty simple, just a lil time consuming.

I just need to order one different coupling to put my MAF in a straight section of pipe, so I'm going to go that route before I turn to the SD. I very much appreciate the help, and I will let you guys know how it turns out.

Alright, so i got the MAF in a straight section of pipe, although there is still a 2.5-4" coupling before it, but I can't really see a way around that. Took it for a drive, and it's definately running richer, it stays in the 11's going into boost but if I take it any higher than 5psi it leans out again. Hopefull that's just in the tune though, I've sent the logs to Bbear. The MAF is now reading alot higher, I hit a max of 350g/s whereas before it was 225g/s.

However, it randomly cuts out in boost now, It'll be pulling strong at 5psi or so and then completely kick out, and I have no throttle response for a few seconds, after I feather the throttle on and off a few times it comes back. I'm wondering if the BOV is opening under boost but it never had the problem before redoing the MAF placement. Hopefully I hear back from Justin soon and he has an updated tune for me. Pic below is how I have my MAF set up. Also the BOV shown is what i'm using with the bottom port plugged. It seemed to working fine previously, and it might still be working fine, I'm just thinking it may be the culprit now with the boost cutting out.

I've also attached the log if anyone is interested.

I dont think the BOV is the culprit. You need to take the plug off the bottom port though because it is supposed to let the excess pressure out of the charge pipe when you let off the throttle. If you have it plugged then the air has nowhere to go. You can just leave it venting.

Are you sure? I'm talking about the bottom 1/8" port, not the actual 1'' air dump. It's below the diaphragm so if i left it open it would just be bleeding off boost.
