Same here. I never asked how much timing I'm set for.

Does sound a little on the lean side but as long as your not getting any knock retard, you good to go. My A/F gauge shows bottom 11's at WOT.

Mine stays in the mid 14's at cruise.

I would worry about low 11s. If you get too rich you can risk washing rings out. I believe on my tune we are running around 16 degrees of timing.

11.0-11.9 is the best power making afr for FI using WOT.

At cruise I am 14.9 or so with 32*. I'm still working on it though. I believe if I got the timing around 28 it would feel better w/o going out of lockup. I just started tuning myself, so it's a slow process...lol

On my 2 bar sd tune we always try to command a 14.7 unless its under a load or at wot. Did you find out your timing yet?

He said it fluctuates but for the most part at wot its around 20 degrees. He said that there's many variables that effect it so it's not going to be dead set at that timing. You may want to contact a tuner and let him explain it to you because I am mildly retarded!

The only thing that should effect it would be intake temp and engine temp...and knock retard obviously...

what you're seeing in the idc percentage is what the ecm is commanding the injectors to do. this does not mean they actually are doing it. watch the wideband once it gets past 90% if the afr stays the same all the way up to 105. you're on the edge of needing the bigger injectors and pump.
