My offset table is at 13.5v 0.43945. Someone gave me these numbers after they had 60lb injectors flow tested. I have them in my 5.3 n/a running close loop for right now and my LTFT are still a bit off in the low teens, but I think its due to a ect problem havent had time to tune again.

I started at .458 for the 13.5 row. These numbers were given to me by the tuning GURU in KY. I'm now at .504 and its idling a little better. I haven't spent any time at all working on it because of a couple other issues I wanted to straighten out before I went to far.

Ever since installing the charger way back when, I've only had 52 psi of fuel pressure. I was going to adjust the FPR to get to 58 psi but had an extra FPR laying around and put it in today. Wohoo 58psi... just where it should be.

I also took the time to test my Autometer FP Gauge. I've verified that it is now reading about 11 psi to low. Sending it in to Autometer to fix. Once I get the gauge back in and working I'll start some serious tuning... errr screwing around in my case

Good to hear. Wonder how much of a difference you see with the 6psi fuel now. Wonder if your offset # will have to go back down from .504? Good luck

I can't believe I let the fuel pressure thing go on so long. It worked so I didn't touch it. Now chances are my VE table will be off with the FP change. PCM was calculating fuel based upon a bad IFR table. Flowing less fuel so my VE is wrong to the high side. Thinking I can adjust by a % from Old IFR to New IFR and keep that in mind for AFR error.

This new tuning project is going to be fun.

AH you like it and you know it. I bet a % would work in the p/t areas. Maybe a different % in WOT areas. A cooter hair of a difference between the two %'s..

You know if you look at a % sign long enough it looks like 96

I really have never liked tuning the truck. Its to tedious for me. I'd rather go out and spin a wrench. Plus now its damn expensive. If it take me the miles it took me to tune the VE I'll have to take out a loan for the fuel!
