Do a search for using acetone added into your fuel, i heard this works well!! good luck, oh as far as programmers I dont see it helping mpg at all if thats all you want a programmer for, is not worth the price to try it to raise mpg's

hit wait4meperformance up and get a tune----------------->. It will help your gas mileage some and wake that 5.3 up nicely. Also some intake do help out. I had a volant on my SSS with the stock tune and was around 16mpg's. Sold the volant like a dumbass and got a AEM brute force which was an awesome intake but i lost mpg's. Now I am running a tune, aerochamber muffler and stock intake(till i can get another) and i'm managing around 15 city and 17-18 highway. Best i could all stock was 15highway and 12 city

go to vararam.com and they have some stuff that you can get that would most likely save u some gas mileage. and there is another place that sounds stupid turbonator.com it osunds dumb but my friend baught one for his 96 chevy with a stock 350 and he saw like a little over 50 miles extra to the tank and a little little bit of power
