In EFILive PE enable is by TP vs RPM and a MAP threshold B3613. There are several PE modifiers.
I haven't used PE at all for a while.
With COS3 you can set the 100 kPa column of B3647 to the AFR you want to run in boost. This screenshot shows it in Lambda, but the table units can be AFR, EQ or Lambda. An EQ or Lambda of 1.0 in this table commands closed loop and uses the stoich value from B3601.
You can also use a combination approach so that B3647 defines the enrichment for lower boost levels and PE kicks in to provide additional enrichment at higher boost levels. Edit: This way you aren't running full enrichment at the times when your MAP is hovering around 105 kPa.

They use MAP (kPa setting) TPS, and RPM. I will try and grab a screen shot after work. You basically set your VE map to a stoich ratio. Then you set PE for a given RPM. Then the throttle position % you have entered must be met and PE will activate once you are over the entered kPa. It seems that it would basically do the same thing if you just lowered your TPS down.
