I am going to do some scanner logs in the upcoming weeks, however now that the weather has warmed up here in WA finally the starting issues have gone away. The truck idles fine and runs ok. I know that my fuel delivery and timing are not correct in my tune file so I am going to attach a copy of that file here for those with experience to look it over and see if I can get some insight here on how to improve what I have. I am struggling to learn how to tune here with the HP tuners software. I am using the version 2.23.

Also it is worth mentioning that currently this is a MAF tune. I do want to change in the near future to a 2 bar MAP and go to a SD tune.
