Do you have tuning software/hardware? The tune can be modified so that it does not happen as often. If not you will need to speak to a tuner, either local or by mail order.

There are tables for Normal Mode TCC Apply vs %TPS vs Gear and Normal Mode TCC Release Speed (MPH) vs %TPS vs Gear.

Make sure your Apply speed is always higher than your Release speed. If it keeps unlocking at a give %TPS then lower the Release speed a little at a time until it is working the way you want it to.

These are mine for forth gear.

%TPS....4th.....Apply.....Release
0....................45.0......40.0
6....................45.0......40.0
12..................45.0......40.0
18..................45.0......40.0
25..................45.0......40.0
31..................51.0......40.0
37..................55.0......40.0
43..................58.0......40.0
50..................63.0......40.0
56..................68.0......40.0
62..................69.0......45.0
68..................70.0......55.0
75..................70.0......65.0
81..................80.0......75.0
87..................87.0......83.0
93..................87.0......85.0
100................87.0......85.0

Might want to adjust your Cruise Mode tables as well.

all of my release speeds are at least 10 mph lower than my apply speeds on all tables. what about the tcc duty cycle tables?

My Max.TCC %Duty Cycle is 99.0 across the table and my Min.TCC %Duty Cycle is 80.0 across the table. A lot of people recommend to set the Min. to 90.0 across the table. I am not sure this will keep it from locking /unlocking but it will definitely firm the lockup and it will feel like a harsh shift at times.
