You can email the serial number to EFILive and they can tell you for sure, but it should show 23 slots under the 2 VINs that are licenses on it if it hasn't been upgraded.

Thanks KB, I found the classified ad on here and he never said that it was upgraded.... I did PM him but he has not logged in since Nov...

I just emailed the guy and he emailed me back and said that he never upgraded. Ahhhh (sigh of relief)!!!!
