Default Which EFI custom OS for 12592618?

I have a 1mb pcm # 12592618 that I would like to flash a 2bar OS into. Which number OS should I use? Do I need to copy any tables over from my stock calibration?

I found the OS I need, 051200003. I just need to copy (with labels) all the table from my stock OS and paste (with labels) into the custom OS, correct? Then do a full reflash?

You will need COS 05120003. Go here and get the Custom OS tutorial and follow the instructions

Haven't read the tutorial in a while, but from memory, bascily, read out your current tune, flashing in the new COS with a FULL flash, then do a cal only flash with your original tune and fill in the extra new tables with appropriate data, but RTM!

Thanks again for the help KB! I am up and running in SD at the moment. I can't say enough about EFI live, the support and 2bar is awesome!

One other small question, right now I am commanding 14.2 afr via the fuel vs. RPM table. The fuel vs. RPM table only goes up to 100kp, is there another table where I can command an afr above 100kp, or do I set the last column to the AFR I want to see under boost?

You set the last column to what you want your boost A/F to be, at least thats what i do.

Alternatively, you could enable PE mode at some point above 100kPa where you would want to richen it up even further.

Sounds good. Right now I have the PE turned off, but it might come in handy later. I also have to tune for meth, I was thinking about tuning the VE with the meth turned on. I am going to read back through an old thread about tuning for meth before I give it a shot.
