hello, i would like to the know pros and cons between hptuner and eflive.
what are the limitation between the two, customer support, overall product satification.

For those who have bought both or currently using one product, knowing what you know now, which program would you purchase and why.

Both are reputable tuning software.
Both have great customer support.

Yeah, you can't go wrong with either one. Take a look at both of their websites, decide which credit/license program you like best and which interface you like best. Functionality-wise, they are almost identical.
