Help, I have a 2004 lq9, drive by wire, 4l60e that I put in a 1970 c-10. I put about 4000 miles on it this year. Other day I lost a power wire to the ignition and costed to the side of road. Found wire and fixed, started right up but when I put it in gear it shuts off. I tested for power to injectors and fuel pump and both are cut off when put in gear. Put it back in park and starts right back up. Only code is p0315 ( crank not learned ) but that has been on for some time.

What would cause the ecm to cut power when it is put in gear? Any help would be great because I have no idea;(
