Default making a stand alone harness

im just about done with my harness and have a few questions. i removed all the unused wires but i have no clue on what to remove from the c2 fuse block harness. also where can i get some stock replacement connectors.

You're gonna need to post more info than that... What vehicle, year, etc. And why are you making a stand alone harness?

im making a standalone harness for my 86 monte carlo ss. the pcm # 12589463 from my search on ebay its from a 05-06 denali. i dont know for sure what my 5.3 came out of. i found the pin out at Vortec 4.8/5.3/6.0 Wiring Harness Info but its kinda foggy when it comes to the c2 harness on what to keep and what to cut.

Im not sure what the C2 is, ill have to look when i get to a computer.

Is the C2 the big connector that goes in the bottom of the factory fuse block?

The C2 connector has the majority of engine essential functions, like relay controls, IGN and BATT wires. You will need to use all ECM and engine essential circuits on C2. Your question is extremely broad, so do some more homework and figure out what question you want to ask. "What do I need to remove" doesn't narrow it down much lol....wiring harnesses are no walk in the park.

Not to jack this thread, but how many wires(unused) can actually be removed in the truck harness(03) and still keep the options working?
