EFILive is individually licensed to each PCM unless you buy a Stream that covers ALL 99-08 LS1 PCM's ($2495.00). You want to tune your truck, cost you one license ($99) doesn't mater the year (it comes with 2 licenses). You want to tune your buddies truck another license. F-bodys, Duramaxes, all 1 ($99) license. Upgrades and Custom OS's are all free.

If you physically change from a 2000 PCM to a 2002 PCM, you will have to licence ($99) the new PCM also since the lisenses locks to the PCM's serial number, not the vin of the truck, but you can load a 2002 tune onto your 2000 PCM for free.

Yes sir. You can run any 99-02 OS on your PCM without any problems. Just check the DTCs to be sure that the appropriate ones have been disabled (Check generator terminal DTCs).
