I would lock my tunes if I did tuning also. Wouldn't want you in there changing things and blowing it up then blaming me. A locked tune is not a big deal, Charlie tuned my truck several years ago and I have made changes along the way that needed a retune, no problems getting them. If its something major that you are planning, just contact him ahead of time and he will have the retune ready for when you need it.
