Codes driving me crazy!!!

SO the check engine light had came off for several weeks, I did not change the o2s as weather had been rough out here, check engine light came off and last night the same 174 and 154 came on along a p0300, could this still be the o2 acting up or is it something else. Also I understand a p0300 is a random misfire, what could cause that?

A lean condition could also be caused by a vacum leak at the intake seal area. If your getting a the random p0300 Pull a couple of spark plugs and see how its running. Running lean can cause you ruin the plugs. Its also possible that maybe the injectors are starting to plug.
Have you ever changed the inline fuel filter under the cab???
Some thing like this is hard to diagnose over the internet with out being able to see live date and having the ability to run some test like an injector balance test. We can only try and point you in the right direction.

The O2 is going to get replaced today, I will check the plugs as well. I have not changed the inline fuel filter under the cab, I recently got a program from my buddy to monitor live data so I will be playing with that this weekend.
