No start after a/c belt broke 3 MAF wires
#1
I have a 2005 Suburban with a front mount turbo kit and a built motor. The other day while driving my A/C belt broke and wiped out 3 of the 5 wires going to the MAF. MAF is disabled in my tune as it is SD only. When this happened truck shut off like the ignition was cut completely. I had it towed home so I can look into the problem. I terminated 3 wires for the MAF and used the other 2 which are for the IAT sensor now in a diffrent location. I now have a complete no start issue that resulted from these MAF wires getting hit. Truck will crank, shows no ignition voltage, and no injector voltage. With my HP tuners scanner im not seeing any codes. Also fuel gauge is pegged empty, fuel light is on, and all range, mpg, fuel used info is dashed out like this MPG -----. These MAF wires must have done something crazy???

I thought I checked all the fuses. Well I went back through again and found PCM B fuse blown. So lesson learned, if MAF wires short it will blow PCM B fuse and shut down all Spark, Injector, Fuel Info, and Fuel gauge.
