Default Cant get engine running

OK so i just dropped in a 5.3 into my 80 Z28. I was told that the computer has been programmed to run without the emissions. Attempted to start the engine and just cranks. IT has spark. No injector pulse. Checked for codes with my shitty code reader and it has a code 1336. Will this shut down injector pulse? According to what i have read you have to have the engine running in order to do the crank relearn procedure. Any other ideas as to why i dont have an injector pulse? Also i dont have any O2s on yet but again i dont think this would stop the injectors from operating. There is good fuel pressure to the injectors and injectors have power going to them.
ALso, put some raw fuel into the intake and engine did run till the fuel was gone. Any ideas

This code shouldn't disable the injectors. You need to make sure you have power to one wire at each injector when the key is on. The computer controls the injector with the ground. If you don't have the power it could be a fuse, ignition switch or wiring problem. If you have the power and aren't getting the ground signal from the computer it could be a computer ground or wiring or something like that. Could also be a bad computer.

like said above, it is likely a ground problem. check and double check ALL of your grounds to the pcm.

Gotta be a ground issue. All injectors have power to them. Will have a look. Thanks guys.

After rereading your original post I'm starting to think you could have a theft problem. If the computer detects a theft it kills the injectors. No code saying theft detected?
