I sent two emails last week but haven't got a response anyone know of another way to contact him?

 

I sent one Saturday and got a response back today but they're prolly pretty busy with tunes. Try sending one to tuning and see if that works.

 

We're a bit backed up right now. The week before the fourth, I was out of town and then the 4th of July last week have resulted in a bit of a backlog.

If you have sent multiple emails with the same subject, that will reset you in the mail server queue as well, since our mail server groups mail by subject/sender.

 

I know this is an old thread but ive sent 2 or 3 emails, im trying to get my truck tuned within the next 2 weeks

 

It's going to take patience, they will get back to you eventually.

 

With success comes a lot of bussiness. Justin is great at what he does and has a lot of customers. Plus a lot on site tuning locations scheduled so just be patient and u will be happy with the results.

You will get a response but some times it may take a few days as mentioned due to back log.

I'm waiting as well. He's always gotten back to me within a few days. I've learned to just sit and wait my turn.
