Well another update. I tried lowering the pulse widths tables. It had zero effect. I even zeroed out the pusle widths table also zero affect. So to rule out the maf, i put the truck in SD. I did forget to copy the high octane table down to the low so the truck is sluggish as ****. But the rich decel is gone!!!! However the trims while in park are rich now but in gear they are good. Soooooo i am thinking i need to lower the desired airflow in park/neutral and get a new MAF.

Any thoughts on that??

Sounds to me like you're on the right track now. You likely tuned your idle airflow tables with a bad MAF, or the other torque converter affected your idle airflow tuning differently. Just my guess though.

Ya i nasically kept all the old settings from the previos 2 torque converters that were in my truck.

Man running on my low octane table SUCKED. Try getting on the highway with 6* of timing. The damn truck was bucking like a ****.

Another update. Finally updated the low octane table, it actually has some power now. I logged the idle and corrected via trims. Next took it for a drive. The highest the trims got were +2.0 and the lowest was -1.7. That was about a 20min log!!! The truck drives 110% better. Now i gotta start shopping for a maf.

I suppose that's good news. Reman MAF's are pretty cheap at the parts stores.

I'd be interested to hear about this. It can be put into a 4" tube, and recalibrated, right?
