What, was Ben messing with your tune?

Hey Corey, I'm curious as to what kind of IDC you're seeing with those injectors and your setup? Thanks.

For example:

If you were tuning VE, you could multiply that cell by .95, thus lowering it thus making it leaner...

Another example LTFT:

1 + (({SAE.LONGFT1} + {SAE.LONGFT2})/200) = BEN. I made this custom PID to average both banks and put them in a BEN format (1.05, 0.95, etc...

Here is one for the STFT
1 + (({SAE.SHRTFT1} + {SAE.SHRTFT2})/200)

Here is one to see the difference between VE and MAF to see if your tuned properly..

Next i started over with the tune. I used a 2004 8.1L injector setting except for the flow rate. I adjusted it for the 42lbers.

Redid the VE and MAF and the problem was still there on wierd occassions. So i got to digging. I made a map of the throttle cracker table with the BEN factor fromy LTFTs. LOW AND BEHOLD that was the problem. I had WAY to much in some areas and not enough in others. Made some adjustments and it is doing tons better.
thats alot of work, the wife out of town?

Well ****. It is back. Same issue with some new issues. Trims are negative with truck ingear below 1200rpm. Something new the trims go way positive when let off the throttle crusing around 60mph. I am thinking it is throttle cracker in the upper MPH may e running airflow at lower rpms. Such a pain in the ***

you should just drive your truck and not pay attention to the gauges.
