Well, here's the connector that's supposed to be there. I'm sure you can work out what wire goes to what pin.
However, you need to get a new connector for the chopped up wires. The Bosch sensor is oxygen referenced by the wires, cutting/splicing them removes it's ability to "breathe" so to speak.

It can have either a 4-flat or a square on the upstream. The square is more common in the 01-02's.

Whatever you replace it with won't matter, though. Just don't splice the HO2S to the harness!

Code:
If the HO2S pigtail wiring, connector, or terminal are damaged, replace the entire HO2S assembly. Do not attempt to repair the wiring, the connector, or the terminals. In order for the sensor to function properly, the sensor must be provided with a clean air reference. This clean air reference is obtained by way of the HO2S wires. Any attempt to repair the wires, connectors, or terminals could result in the obstruction of the air reference. Any attempt to repair the wires, connectors, or terminals could degrade HO2S performance.

ooh holy batman this cant be good. is there another harness I can buy somewhere? also The guy who had the truck before me spliced the original plug up and extended it for some unkown reason. So I am at a stand still trying to see if I can splice 1 time into it from a bosch 13026

If you have to modify anything related to the oxygen sensor itself (including the plug/pigtail) don't do it. Go to a dealership and tell them you need both front bank oxygen sensor pigtails. You can splice pigtails into the PCM side harness, just not the sensor side wires.

Same plug, different sensors. The rear sensors are also more expensive, as they're designed to operate on a much slower cycle at lower temperatures. In a normally operating catalytic system, the rear sensors cycle about once for every seven times the front sensors cycle.
