Nothing...still starting with no codes. Could the last ones that flashed have been "leftovers" from prior to me re-wiring the TB harness?

Was it setting the codes before when starting, or while driving?

The first few times it happened it was while I was driving but since then just on start-up when hot. Didn't do it at all today.

Any difference in the ohm tests after tugging on the wires coming out of the box?

No difference when tugging on the wires - but I've not been tossing any codes since swapping out the old X-link for the 4.0. Had to be it...

Man, I really hope the modification works for me. If it doesn't work, my only option is to buy a adaptor for my 4 bolt intake and put the factory 3 bolt TB back on. It'll be a huge waist of a intake, but at least it'll run

I don't know if this helps but I put one on my truck and it worked perfect, then I changed the Throttle Area Scaler table to the .0158 that was recommended in the instructions and I lost any throttle input. I changed my tune back to stock values and had my throttle back. My engine is also a 2003. Just another place to look, I know it caused a similar condition with mine.

Did yours throw a code? If it did, could you clear it and get it working?

I never checked it for codes. I threw the new tune in, backed out of my lane way without touching the gas pedal, put it in drive and coasted downhill to a stop sign because it had no throttle at all. I shut it off, threw the old tune with the stock settings in and it worked perfect again. The only thing I notice is a very slight delay in throttle response.
