Default 90mm TB and X link issue

Just installed a edelbrock pro flo intake and 90mm LS3 throttle body with the x link. The x link is a month old, brand new and is the very newest version. The problem im having is no throttle response. When key turned in, the TB will flutter slightly, then go closed. When trying to start, it fires up for a second then dies. Pressing accelerator peddle doesn't do anything. But since it does have movement when key is turned on, that leads me to think it is getting signal. I could be wrong tho. Any help would be appreciated

Try disconnecting it and flipping the key to on to see what happens.

Are there any DTCs set? Battery fully charged? Ground wire for engine harness secure at the top, right, rear of the block?

Everything is hooked up right, grounds are all on, all plugs are connected.. I've also added ev6 injectors with the adaptors. The intake, TB and injectors are all new to engine.

Clear the codes first, then key-off, then back on and see what codes come back.

Any other 2003-2007(classic) trucks around that you can plug the TB and X-Link into to see if it operates?
