Default 80 LS Swap with Bosch 044, PCM B fuse issue

Hope this is in the right section:

long story short got the LS swap in my 80 crew cab, fired last night for all of 10 seconds. Having issues blowing a "PCM B" fuse, its a 20 Amp in the under hood fuse block. Tried 20s, 25s, and 30s. Running a Bosch 044 external pump, had 12G wire on it, move up to 10G (thats as big as the auto store had) and still blowing 20 and 30A fuses.

Anyone have any experience with Bosch 044s blowing fuses and any remedies?

PCM was tuned by Black Bear for the swap so most of the stuff should be deleted for running without a BCM, VATS, etc.

Only thing not wired on the swap is the OBD port, water temp and new volt gauge.

This http://www.bosch.com.au/car_parts/en.../fuelpumps.pdf says the max power consumption for that pump is 15.5 A. What else is on that circuit? Put the fuel pump on it's own fused circuit. A 20 or 25A fuse should be big enough on it's own circuit/

Fuel pump is on its own circuit, even had piggybacked relays on it before I had to go find one local, MSD 43GPH pump ran just fine exactly as it was with the Bosch blowing up fuses. All signs point to bad pump.

For the record Im using factory fuse box, so there shouldnt be any issues with how its ran.
All wiring was brand new as well as pump was "new in box". Looks like Ebay got me.
