It's a handheld device from Efilive that lets you change tunes in your vehicle. A tuner can send you an updated tune via e-mail, you download it to Autocal and then just flash the pcm and you're ready to go.

Works great for me as I don't know how to tune and don't trust the local tuner in my area. In fact right now I'm waiting on a tune from Justin@BB to install a Roush blower. This way you have the tune before you make the changes to the truck and don't loose time sending pcms back and forth.

Try a search here or on Efilive website, more detailed info.

Are you talking about a "CRANK" relearn?

If you are doing mail order tunes, this is the best way to go. The best part, is you can log your truck and send it to the tuner. A lot more precise and less guessing.

Technically, yes it does relearn the crank, however it's called a "CASE" relearn.

Thanks for clearing that up. I always called it crank relearn. Always thought the button on hptuners said "crank relearn" whateves. potatoes, pootatoes..... It's not gonna fix the issue. He needs the correct ECM or the correct OS for that year flashed to the 06 ECU.

Professional will allow you to plug in other anolog feeds i.e. a wideband for data logging or any other type of gauge that has a 0-5v signal. Well worth it IMO.

I picked mine up (Pro Version) a little over a month ago and am very happy I did. I am very computer savy and am picking up the program failry quick but it does have a pretty steep learning curve. The biggest advantage is being able to scan and data log everything thats going on. This has helped me understand my truck, what its going and how certain changes affect certain things. I would recommend picking it up if you are even thinking about it. Take your time, ask lots of questions and work with someone that knows what they are doing to get you started. I am lucky to have a guy a few minutes from my house to walk me through a lot of the inital learning curve and any of the questions I might have. Has made it a lot easier on myself and has kept me from blowing my truck up
