Make sure the connections to the PCM are good.

yah i did that a few days ago, seemed to be alright, and in the correct location. Has anyone switeched these wires around and had similar problems as me? Cause what if they were just labeled incorrectly?

did you do a complete write on the PCM. it sounds to me like you still have the 60E file on it. is it shifting fine. I would try to do complete write with another 80E file. I am thinking it is the file.

I have the existing sensor going to the rear one on the tranny, and the one from the conversion going to the front sensor.

Yes, i have swapped out computer's twice now, and did full writes on both. Now i just swapped the original back in, and rewrote. I am still getting transmission hot, but no check engine light now. I still have the comm. codes, but i guess those are there forever. It's gotta be the speed sensor. It's the same amount of time on the freeway. It has come up twice at the same exit coming from my house. That's gotta mean something. It's only freeway. Is there a way to test the VSS's?

Just figured it out. I had a feeling it was one of the speed sensors, so i went intot he PID's and loaded up input and output and turbine rpms and my input read 0.00 and turbine read 0.00 and output read just fine. Here's the scan.
