2005 Silverado Paracitic Battery Draw Found

Just measure the DVOM test leads at each contact at the top of the fuse. It should be zero.
On that photo I posted the Klein is in-line on one batter cable and connected to the battery (Don't crank the engine though.) It's reading 0.33 Amps which is 330 milliamps.
The Fluke DVOM is measuring 0.002 volts across that fuse, which is the problem circuit fuse. When I pulled that fuse the amps dropped to 0.01 amps, which is 10 mA.
There's charts available that can tell you how much amps you are drawing based on the voltage measured and amp rating of the fuse.
You should have about 40-50 mA draw at most when everything goes to "sleep."
