Question 06 efans not working on high

Okay so when I command fans on low they come on normal. When I command fans on high the relay just clicks and clicks and clicks doesn't power on. I troubleshot it a little and the blue and green wires on the relay side and they work as they should by ground out the low and high side. What I've gathered from the PCM side is green low when commanded grounds out like it should. When I tested to continuity on the high side it just made the same clicking to my meter.??? Wth is really going on?

Have you tried changing the relay?

Yes I did before I tested the PCM side with me meter. It's getting a pulse ground from the high side pin, don't make any sense. Maybe a faulty PCM ?

I had a similar issue once but neither worked, it was a bad main ground. Not saying that's your issue, just thinking out loud. So you have factory fans and harness right?

Put in my stock PCM and it worked as it should. I guess the PCM has a internal short or something
