did you actually gut the factory cats or did you cut them out? I hollowed mine out and i cant get rid of the pipe echo... sounds like i have a terrible exhaust leak coming out of my muffler

Sorry for the slow response, truck has been sold for a while. I hollowed them out and you can slighly hear it behind the truck but its not bad. Paint was in perfect condition. Sad to see it go but very happy with my 05 STI I bought!!!
