That video didn't look like an officer at all. The way they were talking didn't sound like it either. It just looks like someone bought some wigwags and put some red/blue lights in them.

In my experience (calling police for a drunk man in the street assaulting his wife, and shoplifting at my store twice) police take FOREVER to even get there. It took almost an hour for a cop car to even show up when me and some friends called them when a drunk man was running through the streets yelling and pushing his wife and cussing at her, which of course he was gone by the time they got there. It took the police over an hour to respond to a forgery on a fake check at my work, and about an hour on a seperate ocasion when someone tried stealing oil.
But no, they'll be happy to pull you over for not stopping at a stop sign for a full 3 seconds and give you a ticket, then drive off and do the exact same thing and not even use a signal. Speaking of not using a signal, how many of you guys have followed a cop car and seen them repeatedly change lanes and make turns without using a signal?
