Too many variables, but I'd say the 2004.

 

the 04 would win on the track with slicks, and I think the 08 would win on the street.

 

do they both have the supporting mods? what tires?

 

the 04 will be running on 28x11.5 et streets... the 08 will be on stock 20s i think.

 

they're almos the the same but i will give it to the 04 cause it will have the e/t on the back and the stall would help it some. The only thing the 08 has for him is the better flowing heads but the 20's will hurt him. I say throw 17s on the 08 and it should take the win

 

i think the 04 will win also, because the converter is goin to help it launch better, and when it shifts, the rpm's are not going to drop as much as the stocker.

 

Yea, I'm thinking that the 04 should win also...the converter should be the deciding factor. Do both trucks have the same gears?

 

i believe the 04 has 3.90 and the 08 has 3.73
