Default what would you do

Alrite beebln in this apartment almost 2 years contract ends in june. Our house that were buying still is not done should be by middle of may. Now for problem I havnt been able to use my assigned parking spot for 2 weeks due to other building morons. Ive talked with all tenats in the building and all agreed with me but stupid mother f.ers stil do it my landlord put up sign and still doesn't work. Now that I have damage to my truck now due to happening to park out in street.

Options

Move out and go to parenta for couple weeks and not pay rest of rent on my contract

Make landlord pay for damages to my truck and stay at apartment

Burn all those f.ers cars to the ground and watch out windows

Key this **** out of there car and cut valve stems on tires

Personally I would rather just move and save my 1000 bucks due to landlord not fulfilling contract

If there is a sign posted and they are still parking there I would have them towed.
If you dont want to take that route, call your landlord when you notice them there, even if it is 3am.
A floor jack and a couple buddies would move a non AWD vehicle pretty easy on blacktop.
If that doesnt work, I would block them in.

I'd do one of these two options

Move them with a buddy/yourself with a heavy duty jack and video tape for their reactions... I've left a couple of vehicles around the block and even one high centered so they had to get towed out.... I thought it was very funny seeing the tow truck.... Them not so much....

Pull the valve stems out of the tires before you tow them. There is a tool that can be bought at autozone or any parts store that makes it real easy. That tool was my best friend in high school.

With it being so cold these past few days I would have just used a nice bucket of water and frozen their car shut every night. Or if you wanted to be really mean, completely encase it in ice.

Never done the whole valve stem but I have done the cores. That's why I keep extra valve stem cores and the tool in my glovebox lol

4 bee bee's, super glue. unscrew the cap. drop a glue, place bb inside it. screw cap back on. most people are too stupid to look for this.

or have them towed. this has posed an inconvience to you, and i would check with the renters laws you may be exempt from owing rent due to this.
