Ive cut valve stems with side dykes before really pisses them off bur the people know who I am so cant really be to big of a *** or they would do same thing. But as a former police officer I do have good contacts and friends with nothin to due on there shift. Many legal ways I can get even should be interesting next few days. Vehicle can be impounded and held to wait for warrent and drug dog since owner isnt around car.

 

have it towed being a police officer could make this just so much easier... simply you are paying the rent for the apmt and parking space together

 

We had someone do that around Manhattan for a while, only instead of gluing BB's inside the cap, they just put in a pebble. Take off the cap, rock falls out without noticing, and nobody can figure out why the tires go flat every few days.
