Default What temp does kerosene burn at?

I know there are variables involved. But some basics would be helpful. Or deisel fuel for that matter might be a better question to ask on here, but I think they are about the same. Please educate me.

EDIT: Oh, I should have written that more clearly, not what temp does it ignite, but while it is burning, what temperatures can it produce?

Somewhere around 1085 K or 811 C for the highest flame temp.

Excellent article.

Now I am wondering how hot it can get by tuning the air/fuel mixture.

I've searched around a bit and haven't come up with it yet. Figure I'll fiind it sooner with some help.

I know, too many quotes I noticed too. Haven't been on in a long time I was surprised how many quotes ha...

No, not going to run kerosene in the Z...Engineer at work, working with something that burns jet fuel, asking me if I knew what temp., so figured I'd ask around.
