CTSV Supercharged '00 RCSB
Alright guys, i was told it might be fun to do a build thread on this deal. I've got to load some pictures and get things up to date but, first here is the plan and mod list.
2000 RCSB silvy
Currently: 5.3 with K+N, american racing headers, e-fans, tune, crane fire wire plug wires, NGK plugs, flowmaster rusty muffler dumped, 3:42 gears and an Auburn Gear posi.
In the works as we speak: 6.0L bored .030" over, custom wiseco forged pistons, lunati rods, stock crank, LS3 head ported by TEA, american racing headers 1-7/8", Spintech pro series 6000 muffler, single in/dual out, and an LSA CTSV twinscrew supercharger with ZL1 lid and FAST 102mm TB.
Now, The truck has some minor cosmetic stuff done to it like debadged (which revealed some paint issues) HID headlights (which helped spread the cancer across the housings, haha) 2 inch shackles, 20" wheels, etc. etc.
The block is about to go to the machine shop and crank is about to be sent out for balancing. I have already gotten my gauge pod and center console from a suburban installed (priorities first, got tired of looking at all the crap stacking up in the garage, lol) Should have some progress being made if I can get some decent weather days before the new year. Keep ya posted
Many more pics to come, this is just a few from what I have done so far. Recovered the door panels and did some interior work. Also found a set of GMC clads for cheap.

Going to declad the wheels for sure, already made some progress there. Looking at doing the truck flat black and powdercoating the wheels bronze (not GOLD). Thoughts?

actually got a hookup at a dealership for the LSA kit that uses the high mount alternator and ls3 style power steering pump. already got the LSA crank pulley as a stock take off from ebay for $100. i tried locating all the parts to make brackets and pulleys work and it was a wreck. After I hit about $750 and got forrest whitaker eye for about an hour, I decided to make the smart move and buy the damn kit!!
