Im talking bout green tea i go through like 1-2 gal a week.. as long as the wife dont buy cokes i dont drink any at all. But im with stewart when the weekend comes its time to kick back a couple!!
To make u other guys feel better im about 5'7" 280# lol.. I havent workout out hard since my knee recontruction in high school.. i know i can do it jus need motivation..

LJaja yeah its the same way down here in the valley....i just recently starting running just to be in shape got no special goal or anything....anyone know some good exercises to tone-up

i have one of those work-out bars for your door, your not going to get ripped or anything, but i have gotten more toned using it.

Let me give my update, i started in mid Jan at 330lbs, today im at 247lbs, lost 83lbs in 4months... i went from a waist 44 to a 38 and they fit me very loose i know its time to get the 36's but im just waiting. I went from a 2xl shirts fitting me a lil tight to a XL now and fit me very comfortable maybe even a little too loose, i go to the gym about 2-3x a week and do only cardio... and also go jog outside as often as i can.... i look totally different and people that see me are totally shocked..... my diet consist of no breads, no fried food, pretty much nothing with grease. I do cheat every once in a while but my portoins of food that i eat are alot smaller than what i used to eat. I drink ALOT of water and drink alot of green tea, they say the green tea is a good appetite supressor. Well anyways my goal is to get to 220, im 6'2" and think 220 will be an ideal weight for me....

I go Mon-fri. Saturday i just go and run and some abs. then Sunday off
keep your rest limited 20-35 seconds
I do a weight i can get about 6-12 then once i do about 4 sets ill drop to a lighter weight were i can get about 12-16 reps
Its alot in your diet man, I eat 6 times a day
2 M.R. Meal replacement shakes ( you can get creative, Just buy whey protein, I recommend pro peptide its good and works)
Chicken, White rice, and big *** baked potato will be your best friend. About a fist full of rice and your meat should be about the same size, The patato is about as big as when you put both of your fist's next to each other. I also do fish for one of my meals cause trust me you will get bored of the chicken rice and potato everyday :p. Tuna is legit. You can have a cheat meal on Friday or Saturday but don't over do it. Umm.... and yeah thats about it..... Just make your workouts as intense as possable, push your self remember what you want and how you wanna look and just focus on that, don't get discuraged by anyone! Dude i went from 112lbs to 165 in 3.5 years but i was constantly put down and bullied by the older kids in high school so I wanted to give up, i'm glad i didn't cause i see all those fkers now and they're scared of me
I know you're trying to lose weight but its all on your cardio and diet and workouts I go heavy cause i wanted to get big so i was doing 6-8 reps for some sets. for you i would go 10-12. find out what body type you have, You are going to be a ectomorph, endomorph, or mesomorph
Ecto-you were really skinny as a kid really lean
endo-you gain weight easily, big bone
meso-you build muscle really fast and lose fat fast
Once you find out what body type you have you can look and see what works best for your body type, i'm a ecto so i have to do slightly different things.

I use to take animal-pak but i got tired of taking 12 pills a day -_- anyways stay away from caffine, and no pre workouts they're just a waste of money and aren't so great for your heart. Once you start taking alot of more food in you will need to drink alot of water( about a gal, I'm not satisfied till i **** clear) to cleanse your body from all the toxins, plus it helps your kidneys and increases protein synthesis and allows you to absorb protein better. if you tell me your height, weight, and body type i can tell you how many calories, carbs, and fats you need daily

That is way too much food for someone who is trying to lose weight. Way too many carbs as well. Veggies are great fillers with fiber, vitamins, some carbs.... How many calories are you trying to eat a day?
I eat six meals a day as well, and I target them to be around 300-400 calories each. 2000-2400 calories a day. My breakfast is the biggest and it tapers off from there. I'm 5'11" 165lbs.
You have at least a 1/3 of your body mass in your legs, they deserve more than 1/6 of the workout.
