Default Things are really heating up between AT&T and Verizon

Anyone else notice all the new commercials coming out from these two companies?

I like seeing this kind of competition between large companies, hasn't really happened too much outside of car companies and the old PC vs Mac fight.

Maybe they'll start a price war and drop their rates, or am I just dreaming

I think that AT&T would be out of the cellular business if it weren't for the Iphone...

some of those cellular provider wars need to start happening up here. the only company that seems to really work is Telus, a typical bill for me is $150/m that just a normal cell not a smart phone. For some one to call me costs 60 cents a min

Dang that's ridiculous. I have sprint and 2 smartphones with 1500 minutes and unlimeted everything and my bill is 130 a month.

Yeah Verizon is picking up the Iphone very soon and I see Sprint getting it within a few more years.

Totally agree. If Verizon had exclusive rights to the I-Phone they would rule. The Droid has promise though...

I agree with RST and Rambo. i have the iphone and my mom has a droid. Bill is right the droid is nice but anything with moving parts is prone to break (i know about the iphone screen) and everyone on this forum knows that is true. i love the fact that the iphone is strictly on screen keyboard. AT&T's service blows where i live, but so does verizon's so without the iphone, the only advantage that at&t has is that their network is faster.
