Them damn titans are fast. I'm hoping for high 13's after the cam!

 

I ran one at the track one time, he was 14.0 to my 14.1. he was ex cab. i had LT,s and a tune only. he said with headers, tune, and 3400 stall and built trans they would do 13 flats. I ran one on the street too around the same time same mods and we stayed door to door up to 110 or so. I done a set of 4.10's and a 3600 stall shortly after, and then 2 different cams. I have never got my revenge on one. lol

 

I shoulda posted this earlier on. Here's a post from the guy I ran against. His performance specs are underneath his post. I ran a new best of 14.8 pre stall / tranny.
I think he's got a 3.90 rear, but all that won't matter soon.

weather turned out to be great with a -100 da, perfect weather for racing.
i was very consistant tonight with crappy reaction times as usual in the .500 range, 60 foot times of 2.0x, 1/8 times/speeds of 9.1x@76.0x, and 1/4 mile times/speeds of 14.3x@94.7x. the only things that changed on all my runs was the x in all the above posted.

1/4 mile in 14.21@95.15mph

I think the newer Titans are faster too. My brother has the 2008.5

That guy put a 2 ga. grounding kit on his 04 Titan. that should be good for 3 tenths, right?

ive never had a problem with one, not saying there isnt one around here that would whip my ***, but at the local track i swa them hit low 15s

 

JoeGibb, we weren't seing the same Titan.
Guy I ran against 5-6x ran 14.3s consistently.

 

haha fastnblu, im sure with a modded one, the one i saw was obviously stock. ive ran 2 on I40, and pulled both of them pretty bad
