This is so true. I tell someone to head east on Broadway, and they ask me which way that is... I have to ask, 'how in the **** do you not know which direction is which?!' I'm typically the ******* for making them look retarded at that point. But that really is pathetic..

 

Last company i worked for had a branch about 120 miles south of jackson and had the new girl drive up to be trained on the software and just get the hang of the paper work and such.. she called me one evening trying to figure out how to get back home...

She didnt know what road she was on so i had her keep driving till she saw two road names. Found her on the map and asked her which way she was goin, she didnt know. So i asked her where is the Sun at.. She said its behind her..Told her to turn around she was goin the wrong way. She was amazed that i knew which way she was goin related to the sun.


I have no clue what they are teaching in school these days, but its not common sense!!!

I'm from the awkward middle generation. I was raised with 3 channels, no computer but we did have a Nintendo NES. I also live just above the arctic circle, so the late 80's to early 90's felt like the 70's LOL

I grew up around racism, the subject of racism, lived off the land, hunted and fished for actual survival but can also work with computers and technology.

But as they say, A man of many trades but master on none
